The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites qualified suppliers to submit tenders to supply deliver and install kitchen cupboards at the Granville Housing Development, in Trelawny.
ELIGIBILITY FOR TENDER:
Tenderers must provide:
Evidence of Tax Compliance
A copy of a valid National Contracts Commission (NCC) Certificate in the category of Hardware and Haberdashery OR Furniture Supplies
N.B.: Tender Security in the amount of $108,000.00 is also required.
COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS:
Tender documents can be collected from the Procurement & Stores Unit, at NHT’s Head Office, The Michael Manley Building, 4 Park Boulevard, Kingston 5, on the payment of a non-refundable fee of $1,000.00 (payable in cash or Manager’s Cheque at the NHT Cashier – Head Office). Documents will be made available from Monday, March 20, 2017, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Note: Failure to directly purchase the Tender/Bid Documents from the Procuring Entity will result in ineligibility/non-responsiveness of that bid from participating in the procurement process.”
RETURN OF TENDERS
• Sealed bids are to be placed in tender box labeled “Supply of Kitchen CupboardS – Granville Housing Development, Trelawny”, in the Procurement & Stores Unit, Ground Floor, The Michael Manley Building, NHT; 4 Park Boulevard Kingston 5, on or before 10:00 am on Monday, April 3, 2017.
• Public opening of the tenders will follow immediately following bid submission deadline in the Procurement & Stores Unit Meeting Room, Procurement & Stores Unit, National housing Trust at the aforementioned location.
The NHT reserves the right not to award a contract to any party with whom it is currently in litigation or with whom it has been previously involved in litigation.
