The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites registered National Contracts Commission (NCC) suppliers to submit tenders to supply, deliver and offload Reinforcement (Steel) at the Granville Housing Development, Trelawny
ELIGIBILITY FOR TENDER:
Tenderers must provide:
§ Evidence of Tax Compliance
§ A copy of a valid National Contracts Commission (NCC) Certificate in the category of Hardware & Haberdashery OR General Supplies.
N.B.: A Manager’s Cheque or tender bond stamped by the Commissioner of Stamp Duty in the amount of $219,000.00 is also required.
COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS:
Tender documents can be collected from the Procurement & Stores Unit, at NHT’s Head Office, The Michael Manley Building, 4 Park Boulevard, Kingston 5, on the payment of a non-refundable fee of $1,000.00 (payable in cash or Manager’s Cheque at the NHT Cashier – Head Office). Documents will be made available from Tuesday, November 15, 2016, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Note: Failure to directly purchase the Tender/Bid Documents from the Procuring Entity will result in ineligibility/non-responsiveness of that bid from participating in the procurement process.”
RETURN OF TENDERS:
§ Sealed bids are to be placed in the designated tender box labeled “Supply of Reinforcement (Steel) for the Granville Housing Development, Trelawny” located in the NHT’s Procurement & Stores Unit on or before 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 5, 2016.
§ Public opening of the tenders will follow immediately after bid submission deadline in the Procurement & Stores Meeting Room, Procurement & Stores Unit, National Housing Trust Head Office Building.
The NHT reserves the right not to award a contract to any party with whom it is currently in litigation or with whom it has been previously involved in litigation.
